These were the scouting experts!
He didn’t have a good arm at tryouts either…
Tom Brady didn’t have any of the proven elements that make a good quarterback.
198 players were drafted ahead of him.
That includes 6 quarterbacks who mostly turned out to be total BUSTS.
In fact…
The six QBs drafted before Brady only combined for 44,470 passing yards and 246 TDs.
Brady himself has totaled 74,571 passing yards and 541 TDs.
Literally twice as good as the 6 QBs who went before him — combined.
It takes more than “visible talent” to be successful.
Some NFL players just have one shot…

That determine if they will have a NFL career or not.
How do they play under pressure?
What’s their coach like?
What are the players around them like?
What was in Brady’s control was his effort…
One Pats teammate said he “studied day and night” to be ready for his opportunity.
Fortunately, not all of life is like the NFL where you have a tiny window of opportunity.
Maybe it’s draft day for you and no one seems to “get it” when they look at you.
That doesn’t mean you can’t be #1 one day too.
